The Sanctuary Spa is open daily Monday–Saturday from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm. Reservation Information

Our spa coordinators are happy to assist you in selecting the ideal treatment for your needs. Just call us at 415.901.9325. And, if you need to change your appointment, be sure to give us 24-hours notice to avoid being charged. Please note, late cancellations and no-shows will be billed in full. Late arrivals will receive treatment for the time remaining in the appointment; however, the service will be charged at full value. All treatments will end on time to ensure that the following guest’s appointment can begin promptly.

When you check in at The Sanctuary, you’ll receive a plush robe, and a private locker to store your clothing and personal items. We also provide safe deposit boxes for valuables. We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment so you may unwind with hot shower or relax in our sauna, steam, or whirlpool. Sip a cup of tea in our relaxation lounge. When your appointment time comes, we will escort you to a private treatment room.

We want you to have the best spa experience possible. So please let your therapist or esthetician know if you are ever the least bit uncomfortable. If during your treatment, you’d like a little more or less pressure, different music, or any other special accommodations, just say the word and we’ll make the adjustment. Aside from the area of your body being treated, you will remain fully draped with covers during your session. Most body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing, however, if you feel more comfortable keeping your undergarments on, please do so.

Gratuities are not included in our service fees (except where noted on packages) and are solely at your discretion. Spa packages are intended for an individual to enjoy over the course of one day.
