Community Outreach

Like many of our Club members, we believe that actions speak louder than words, especially when it comes to fulfilling our mission statement, "We Enhance People's Lives." Since opening our doors in 1977, The San Francisco Bay Club has been fully engaged in supporting charitable organizations and volunteerism. Last year we contributed over $292,000 to community programs, which includes money raised by members and staff, plus donated memberships, services, and equipment.

Along with our parent organization, Western Athletic Clubs, we believe that philanthropy isn't just something for large corporations or the super wealthy. Individuals and companies of all shapes and sizes must play a more active role in their communities to create truly vibrant neighborhoods and healthy, active community members.
