Personal Training
The San Francisco Bay Club has one of the most successful personal fitness training programs in the nation. Each of our personal trainers holds a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the organization that sets the highest standards in the industry for fitness professionals. Some also hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength Conditioning Association.
Bay Club trainers bring you extensive experience working across a broad range of interests including:

- Post-physical therapy strengthening
- Pre- and postnatal conditioning
- Bodybuilding
- General conditioning
Many of our trainers also offer specialty work, such as active isolated stretching, and Pilates-inclusive training programs.
You can work privately with a Bay Club trainer or in a small group (2 or 3 people) to develop a workout regimen that's specifically tailored to you, and your needs. We even offer specialty programs for small groups such as our wedding workout. With the Club's wide selection of quality equipment, our trainers can easily customize workouts that will fit your every need.
The cost for personal training ranges from $60 to $960 for a package of twelve 55-minute sessions. Packages for six private lessons and/or small group training are also available.
