Muscle Activation Techniques

Bridging the gap between rehabilitation and fitness training. Muscle Activation Techniques, also know as MAT, is for people who have:
-Muscular Tightness

-Muscular weakness

-Joint irritation

-Post surgical recovery

-Excessive pronation

-Repetitive strains/sprains

-Inflammation

-Tendonitis

The symptoms above indicate muscular compensations. Through systematic assessment, and hands-on treatment, MAT corrects these muscular imbalances and can bring relief from recurring or chronic pain.

Muscle Activation Techniques will:
-Increase range of motion at joints

-Increase stability of joints

-Help improve sports performance

-Reduce stress on joints.

Find out of MAT is right for you.
