All of our trainers are nationally certified and most are degreed in exercise science or related field. Our trainers are required to complete ongoing continuing education in applied functional anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, exercise physiology, specialty populations, applied neuroscience, and behavior change. On average, Bay Club trainers have more than 10 years of personal training experience.
We are proud to have the industry’s top personal trainers, with specialties such as Muscle Activation Technique (MAT®), active isolated stretching, triathlon training, post-rehab, peri-natal fitness, and weight loss. Our unique team of experts is trained to evaluate your baseline fitness, improve your fitness foundation, and progress you safely and effectively. They will provide the support and tools you need to stay motivated—and empowered to achieve more.
