No matter how much, or how little, time you have for working out, we offer something for everyone. We recommend trying several different classes and instructors to find what you enjoy most. And once you've found your favorites, we encourage you to keep on exploring so that your workout will stay fresh! We continually add new classes to our weekly schedule.

Abs Solution
Whether your goal is a washboard stomach or a stronger core, this journey of flowing progressions is the one for you. Bring commitment and dedication to this workout, and you’ll be surprised by the results.
Aqua Sport
Challenge the athlete in you. This “step up” from SPLASH uses sports-specific drills and the natural resistance of the water to engage all muscles groups, while still protecting joints from the rigors of impact.
Ballet Jazz
Dancer’s bodies have long been admired for their grace and strength. Discover the techniques they use to lengthen and tone while strengthening muscles. Let our professional dance instructors guide you through traditional ballet barre movements and waken your senses with lively jazz choreography!
Body Defined
You set the pace as you switch up your workout with weights, balls, and bands. It’s all here along with plenty of timeless moves like push-ups, sit-ups, and old-school calisthenics designed to define, condition, and strengthen all your major muscle groups. But be prepared—each instructor teaches this class differently, so expect the unexpected!
BodyPUMP
A revolutionary workout that targets the major muscle groups and increases muscular endurance. Using barbells, this class provides powerful athletic resistance training. With the support of a group and the driving energy of the music, you'll find this the fastest, most enjoyable way to get into shape. Accommodates all fitness levels.
Bosu Boot Camp
By simply standing on the BOSU, you’ll intuitively begin to find the path of least resistance and, as a result, your body will begin to move and operate more efficiently. This class combines a warm-up specifically designed to acclimate you to the BOSU, followed by intervals of aerobic and strength segments that blend stabilization moves with classic fitness moves to bring out the athlete in you.
Evolutions™
Change up your routine with this progressive barefoot workout with a modern dance feel. Focus and breathe clearly, as you shift between layers of movement inspired by martial arts, modern and ballet dance, plus yoga and Pilates disciplines. Evolutions™ offers an increasingly intense overall workout that will increase your body strength, stability, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
Gear It Up
Discover just how far you can go, as our instructors push you to your limits with steeper hills and longer climbs. This cycling tour de force will truly challenge you; at an hour and fifteen minutes, you’ll feel ready to ride with Lance! Not for beginners.
Kick It
Bring your “A Game” to this action-packed, hour-long event. Kick It combines a standard kickboxing class with boxing, martial arts, and traditional group exercise movements to create one ultra, heart-pumping cardiovascular workout. An ideal alternative to your regular sports-conditioning routine. Come “kick it” with us.
Mojito Latin Dance
Drink up the atmosphere of a hot Latin dance club in this fusion-style workout. Salsa-style choreography is blended with jazz and traditional aerobic moves, and, of course, heart-pounding music to offer you a refreshing alternative to your regular workout.
Road Trip
Do you love cycling? Then join us as we take on steep inclines and rolling terrain—all without ever leaving the Club! This non-impact cycling workout one of the most efficient ways to reach your fitness goals.

Get out of the studio and into the pool for this non-impact, total-body workout. Use the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular stamina, muscular endurance, flexibility, and range of motion. Still popular after all these years, step aerobics can help you trim, tone, and tighten like nothing else! Fresh choreography and upbeat music provide the essential ingredients for this fun, classic workout. The hour will be over before you know it!
Total Athletic Conditioning (TAC)
