Personal Training at The Bay Club

The San Francisco Bay Club has one of the most successful personal fitness training programs in the nation. Each of our personal trainers holds a bachelor's degree in a related field and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the organization that sets the highest standards in the industry for fitness professionals. Some also hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength Conditioning Association.

Our trainers bring you extensive experience working across a broad range of interests including:

* Peak performance
* Weight management
* General conditioning
* Sport-specific training
* Integrated flexibility
* Pre- and postnatal conditioning
* Post-physical therapy strengthening

Many of our trainers also offer specialty work, such as active isolated stretching, the Stretch Masters system, and Pilates-inclusive training programs.

You can work privately with a Bay Club trainer or in a small group (2 or 3 people) to develop a workout regimen that's specifically tailored to you. With the Club's wide selection of quality equipment, our trainers can easily customize workouts that will fit your every need.

The cost for personal training ranges from $75 to $960 for a package of twelve 55-minute sessions. Packages for six private lessons and/or small group training are also available.
