The Bay Club offers strength machines by Cybex and Techno Gym as well as a complete line from FreeMotion Fitness, the finest in functionally based equipment on the market. In total we have over 84 individual weight training machines. And we provide a large assortment of free weights—more than 120 dumbbells and fixed barbells—for a more traditional workout.
