Master Lite Swim

Masters Group provides organized swim workouts for adults of every skill level. Your coach structures each workout and provides feedback on your technique. People participate in these regular workouts for a variety of reasons, from wanting to keep in shape to increasing their performance for competition. You'll practice training strategies and skills, such as interval training, aerobic and anaerobic pace work, and pace clock use. Workouts include stroke drills, kicking, pulling, and all four competitive strokes (with an emphasis on proper technique). Yardage per workout averages between 1,000 and 1,900 yards, which is approximately 50 to 90 lengths of the pool.
Masters Lite Group workouts take place in the lap pool on Mondays 6:00 - 7:30 pm, and coming in September, Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Enrollment is ongoing. The monthly rate is $25 and the drop-in rate is $10. Attendance is taken at each workout and billing is done on a monthly basis. Contact: aquatics@sfbayclub.com
